Asbestos-free microporous calcium silicate insulation products are manufactured by mixing raw materials such as diatomaceous earth and reinforcing fibers, then molding and subjecting them to high-temperature steam curing processes to form pipe shells or boards. The products offer advantages including high temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, high strength, good durability, non-corrosiveness, and pollution-free properties.
